WestMill’s most recent acquisition is our second on the 1200 block of the booming H Street Corridor, adding to our portfolio which includes the 1207 H Street NE AutoZone property south side of H Street between 12th Street and 13th Street. The property is a two-story 2,200 square foot building, located on a section of H Street where many small restaurants have thrived, such as Toki Underground and Sticky Rice.
