WestMill brings to Biltmore Square its experience and reputation for creating exciting and successful retail environments.
WestMill identified the Asheville, North Carolina market and the prominent location of the Mall as an opportunity for the development and operation of a regional value-oriented and attraction-based shopping center. With over 8 million visitors a year and a strong market for second homes, Asheville provides a unique niche location for the type of project that WestMill does best—the creation of exciting shopping and entertainment venues with a focus on value.
WestMill plans to capitalize on its relationships with premier outlet and value retailers and its experience in development, leasing and operations to produce another nationally recognized retail project and create an estimated 1200 new jobs.
