The EB-5 Immigrant Investor Visa Program allows foreign nationals to receive a permanent U.S. Green Card by investing $500,000 into a qualifying investment in the United States that creates 10 full-time jobs.
An EB-5 Investor’s spouse and unmarried children under the age of 21 can also receive a Green Card as part of the investment. As lawful permanent residents (Green Card holders) they will be authorized to work or attend school in the United States.
WestMill Capital manages a USCIS approved Regional Center whose geography covers the Washington D.C. Metropolitan Area. EB-5 investments made through WestMill Capital’s Regional Center receive the dual benefit of being secured by a hard asset — physical real estate in Washington D.C. — and being credited with high levels of job creation by retail tenants.
WestMill Capital’s real estate investments in Washington DC qualify for the $500,000 EB-5 investment criteria and are structured to meet the primary goals of an EB-5 investor — to receive a permanent Green Card and to preserve capital.
